Impeller balancing
Impellers trimmed, keyed and balanced on one purchase order.

Fans, blowers, pumps and motors balanced in place in TX and LA.
Pump parts machining
Impellers, shafts, casings, sleeves and hubs to 55 in diameter.

How a shop balancing job runs
- Quote: send a drawing, photos, weight and the balance grade or spec.
- Receive: we inspect the part and record its as-received condition.
- Balance: single or two-plane balancing on Schenck equipment.
- Report: initial and final unbalance, correction locations and the tolerance met.
- Return: ship or pick up, with expedited jobs out within one week.
Machining and balancing on one order
When a part needs trimming, a new keyway or fit work before it can be balanced, our machine shop does it in the same building and on the same purchase order. If the rotor cannot be removed, see field balancing.
